Lyk Carpet

Mareike Lienau, founder of Lyk Carpet, creates site-specific textile spatial objects. Her concept Point of Contact explores the relationship between architecture, material, and people, creating spaces of resonance, orientation, and quiet presence. Designed in Berlin and handcrafted in close collaboration with artisan workshops in Nepal, her works reflect a design practice rooted in global responsibility, cultural exchange, and exceptional craftsmanship.
